Super Bowl Charlie was using his "pile of crap" statement to let recruits know that if they came to KU they would have a good chance to play. Why sit on the Nebraska bench and be a practice dummy, when you could come to Kansas and play?

My 3rd grade grandson could have written this article. What a waste of my time reading this bush league article.

Okie State will be very tough and they are experienced. Marcus Smart and Forte are excellent players and they are experienced. KU is so young this year, it will be interesting to see if these young players can handle the pressure of a title run.

I would rather face the judge and his punishment, then face coach Self and his discipline.

Zach deserves a second chance and hopefully will stay healthy and get to play. KU fans should wish the kid well, who cares if there is more to the story.

Self will keep this young talented team grounded. No cocky full of themselves players will get to play much. Team play will be the focus and success will follow. Rock Chalk Jayhawk.

This team needs to stay humble and not be like one of Kentucky's teams that lost in the NIT. Being great recruits helps, but there is no guarantee for success.

Exciting game, and a KU win, enough said.

Heeney is the Heart and Soul of KU's defense. What a man, what a stud.

I hope Coach Self learns to have someone foul when his team is down by three with a few seconds on the clock. Remember the Michigan game last year? If KU puts Michigan on the foul line, KU wins, instead Burke hits a three to tie the game and go to overtime. Remember when Memphis did not foul and Mario hit the three in the 08 Championship game? Come on Coach Self foul in that situation.
