Jesse and GB, these are really interesting updates, especially on some of the new guys we haven't been able to see in action yet. Looking forward to following the blog next week as well. Have a blast in Europe, guys!

Yes! That is amazing. You guys on the right-hand side as usual? And, I don't think anyone will be able to top James Sims hairstyle from last year. That was hilarious.

Hey Jesse and Tait, this is a bittersweet day! I enjoyed the heck out of covering this with you guys the past couple of years. I'm looking forward to the updates.

Really nice read, Jesse. Great stuff here!

Fantastic stuff, guys. I'll go in between the predictions and say KU by 10.

Jesse, one of the more fun games I ever covered with you was KU vs. K-State in the Big 12 tournament championship at Sprint Center in 2010. I couldn't help but shift my attention (very often) to Martin's reactions to calls, buckets, misses, anything. The guy is fascinating to watch, and Nick does a wonderful job of capturing his expressions.

+1 on AT&T U-Verse, which I have in Kansas City. It's indeed been fun flipping around. Not sure how long the league pass is free, but it's a pretty sweet deal for now. Nick, great job of updating this blog at machine-like frequencies. Enjoyable reading!

Good stuff, Nick! Looking forward to following the blog this season, now that we finally have some NBA action to look forward to. Go Mavs (and all Jays in the NBA).

On Welcome back!

Hey Tom, very nice read. I'm really curious what QBs Weis brings in with his experience in coaching big names. Love the bold Brady comment as best QB ever. I was just having this conversation the other day. If there's anyone I'd take over Brady, it'd be Montana or Manning (or my personal favorite, Rich Gannon). But really, I don't think I'd take anyone over Brady.

Sure, the subject matter may be depressing, but this is an outstanding summary, Tait. Completely agree on the A&M game being the worst loss of the Gill era. Not only is it the worst loss in terms of deficit (54 points), but to have it happen this late in the year suggests little to no progress, particularly against a Texas A&M squad that has underperformed this season.

Completely unrelated, but you must be loving the Tebow-mania that's taking over the AFC West at the moment. I still don't believe I'm following a first-place team. It's as if I'm immune to Raiders' victories. I blame JaMarcus Russell, Art Shell, Aaron Brooks, LaMont Jordan (remember that guy?), etc...Goodness, those were horrible teams.

Nice read today!

Hey Jesse, splendid updates. This was an event I loved covering with you guys. Gotta love that early wake-up call to Sprint Center. That comment by Mulkey was hilarious, and the best quote from the updates I've seen so far. It's going to be a heck of a hoops season in the Big 12. Still don't see A&M sharing the league title like the coaches poll suggested. I like KU, Missouri and Baylor all considerably more. We'll see. Keep up the great work and updates.
