I would like to keep the KSU KU set going. Money seems to be the new god but not to me. Rivals are, fan bases are most important. If we get Colorado back great, heck add Utah ASU AU to the mix. I would not mind Wyoming and Colorado State either along with Air Force. CSU Air Force Colorado and Wyoming are not that far from B12 country.
I do not think anyone mentioned his grades. He has been an outstanding student a model student athletic. If for no other reason, he should be in the rafters for being a student athletic par excellent. This is what college is supposed to be about but seldom is.
I do not think DMac right now is NBA material. Can you see him against Doak, Joel E, I can't. If his foot heals and he has one more year he could be a monster on the court then his stock would be through the roof. It is about timing.
To be honest, I thought 3rd place in the B12 was about right, DMac started out playing poorly, Remy was hurt and a non-factor, Lightfoot tries but is a couple inches too short, Harris not a consistent outside shot and JWil had his off court issues. Meanwhile Baylor was number 1 in the nation, Tech was Rolling, Texas looked good and I just did not know where we stood especially after Kentucky trashed us and we were Ofer in the state of Texas. Then something happen....the comeback vs KSU, the team came together, DMac started playing harder, JWil rebounding scoring, CB played like a wild man and we started getting help off the bench. Tourney time and Remy was a man possessed, good thing because Oachi disappeared. (pretty much) We started to play as a TEAM. Teams win championships not players and this team was better than any other. RCJH!
When Remy was in the game we played faster and when we play faster our defense is better as is the offense. He is like the supercharger on our engine. Love the guy, he is too short for the NBA, hope he plays one more year with us how dynamic would that be?
I thought as the game wore on that DMac was the MVP of the game and of the final 4. OA missed a lot of FTs, had some TOs and had probably the 5th best game behind DMac, Remy, JWil and CB sorry but OA MVP no way.

He reminds me of Baker from WSU. Baker played a bit in the NBA then vanished. I think CB has more drive.
