KU head coach Les Miles on win over Indiana State

Kansas head coach Les Miles speaks to reporters following a 24-17 win over Indiana State Saturday afternoon at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.

The Jayhawks (1-0) needed a rally in the fourth quarter to secure a win in Miles' debut with the program. Carter Stanley and Daylon Charlot linked up for a 22-yard touchdown connection with 2:20 left in the game.

Kansas will play host to Coastal Carolina at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Good start for sure a win ! My question is our kicker so bad no chance to make kick from 20? My biggest problem was Not kicking field goal to go up 16 point lead ? That decision scares me , this is way to kill confidence . Gave us heck chance to loose . 19-3 way different 16-3
And Yes they come back take the lead 17-16 felt like years past.
The Great thing they Did believe ! They came back ! But with last several years No Way ! Take the Points or find a kicker. Great recruiting Includes kicker !!!
