KU coach David Beaty on loss to OSU

Head coach David Beaty spoke to reporters following a 48-28 loss to Oklahoma State at David Booth Memorial Stadium Saturday. The Jayhawks (2-3, 0-2) have dropped the last nine meetings with the Cowboys.

Oklahoma State scored two touchdowns in the first quarter en route to a convincing win over Kansas.

Junior quarterback Carter Stanley, who got his first start of the year, threw three touchdown passes in the loss. Senior receiver Steven Sims led the way with 10 catches for 89 yards and a score.
