KU coach Bill Self on fixing 3-point defense

Kansas coach Bill Self spoke to reporters Monday afternoon at Allen Fieldhouse. Self talked about fixing the team's 3-point defense among other topics ahead of KU's game against Wofford.

Opposing team are getting 42.7 percent of its points from beyond the arc, which is ranked ninth in the country. KU is allowing opponents to shoot 37.3 from long range. To put that in comparison, the average D1 team allows opposing squads to shoot 33.7 percent from downtown.

Though the early part of the season, Wofford is hitting 38.2 percent of its 3-pointers. In addition, 42.6 percent of the Terriers' points have come via the long ball.

KU (6-0) plays host to Wofford at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
