Class of 2019 power forward Jeremiah Robinson-Earl was named to the UAA Association 1st team on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-9 Robinson-Earl was the eighth leading scorer (19.5 ppg) and the top rebounder (11.4 rpg) in the UAA Association this spring and summer.

The former Bishop Miege star will now head to Florida for his senior year at IMG Academy in Bradenton. Robinson-Earl told KUsports.com that he planned to leave for IMG on Sunday.

The Stags, meanwhile, will look to replace the 2017-2018 Kansas Gatorade Player of the Year with incoming freshman Mark Mitchell.

Kansas recruits Josh Green and RJ Hampton were also named to the UAA 1st team.

What is the UAA Association? First I’ve heard of it, and I’m sure I’m not the only one among your readers. And why didn’t you explain it in the first mention of it in the article so the question isn’t needed? Basic business writing practice for usage of acronyms that are not used all the time by your audience.

Pretty sure this instance of UAA is not the Div III University Athletic Association.

If it is the Under Armor Association, then UAA *Association* is redundant, UAA is sufficient.
