Mr. Lawhorn, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.

I hope one of these days we can all grow up and stop acting like life is like an episode of Leave it to Beaver. This is what the kids like. Flashy rappers pushing the limits. I saw Self wanted Darius Rucker from Hootie and the Blowfish. I've got news for you, these recruits coming out of Chicago, Atlanta and other big cities don't want to sit through a "country" music concert. I'm actually embarrassed that this is such a big deal. Everyone needs to put on your big girl panties and move on

Dane Pratt, Personally I have nothing against this article, but these days, with 99% of "news" reporting being a biased, click bate business, it's easy to be wary about "journalism".

I get why she would want to leave. She's been running the show and now they bring in "experts" to look over her shoulder. I relate it to my job where I have engineers looking at a clipboard telling me I'm doing my job wrong. The fact that she went to them in search of a job says a lot. Bad move Long

I'm with some of the others here. It hurts, but it hurts a whole lot more knowing she's going to Texas

The wife and I made the past 7 years but missed this year. Pretty bummed we missed it but happy they had another great turnout. Brian and company have made this thing pretty special.

I'm kind of back and forth. I'd hate to see Mitch sit on the bench most of his senior year, but it'd sure be nice to have him if we needed him. At the same time, who's to say Mitch isn't playing better come game time than some of the other guys. I'd love to have him back next year too though. Eliott mentioned with AZ leaving and possibly De Sousa leaving we'd be primed to pick up a couple 5 star bigs, but I'm still waiting on the NCAA hammer. It's going to be tough to recruit good players if we they take away a scholarship or two or slap us with a post season ban

The comment sections on those site will be full of "who was that kid that tired to go to the NBA and ended up a highschool basketball coach? His name started with a Q or something" in a couple years

Did I miss something? You people are acting like the title of the article is, "bill self wants $1 million in restitution from convicted men in college basketball corruption trial". Is "Bill Self" also the one requesting money be paid to Louisville and NC State? This is pretty much a non story really. It's not a rare for someone to request restitution after wrong doing. Gassnola testified, under oath, that KU didn't know anything. Turning around and saying he lied under oath in a trial that is over isn't going to reduce his sentence

I can't think off the top of my head what games we would have lost without him, but I can think of a couple games we would have had a much better chance at Winning without him. Vick plays for Vick. Also, I Highly doubt he comes back. I don't buy the "he's needed at home". I'm pretty sure he was unofficially booted and with every coach and player interview it sounds more and more like it. It sounds to me like he was the cancer of the team. I rank Vick right there with Brennen Greene on my players I won't miss list
