Funny, someone joking about attendance that clearly wasn't in the stands Saturday....Hard to take you people seriously!

Until we renovate memorial stadium. Every football recruit should visit during basketball season!!!!

Agreed, but after a couple three and outs the risk is momentum thanks to a play that is rarely used! I agree, dumb call but you're wrong on the reward. This is the type of play that swings momentum and returns confidence to a team that desperately needs it to be successful. If this did work, I say huge reward for KU with a big swing of momentum and frustration on the Tech sideline.....

I love that KU has a great basketball program and it will be supported no matter what. I just think (or want) the football program to improve and get the same love. What I would do to bring back a nice fall day in 2007!!! How much fun was that....

In the eyes of a college student:
Weak atmosphere, hangover from late night or friday in general, Big12 game (we all know how those end), track around the field still, too early, and just the general fact that as of lately nothing exciting whatsoever has been going on in or around memorial stadium. Now, I'm in the stands every week and stay the entire game but it's easy to understand why these college students (who have little pride in KU football) would want to stick around. I can't stand it, but the only way I see students showing up and filling their section is if we win. Games like Saturday don't help the cause.....

Once again, hand in hand. Each will help the other!

The OL runs it all. Without them, the best running backs in the country are below average....

Matt, this is off topic and I'm not sure whether you read this deep into the message boards but what do you think about scheduling? With such a struggling football program why aren't we scheduling three non-conference home games? This should be a no brainer if you ask me. 1. Builds confidence 2. Better bowl odds 3. momentum if we take care of business
Snyder took this approach for years and KU should be doing the same thing. I believe that confidence could take this team a loooong ways!!! Even though to most we're in the "cupcake" category but we need to be taking the "cupcake" non conference approach if you ask me.....

I feel that if those three guys knew for sure we were faking a punt they would have been more aggressive to make contact. They were clearly waiting for the defense to make contact to hold their ground. This one play was a terrible called and definitely changed the entire momentum of the game but like I've said, we can't let one play control our mentality the rest of the game! If KU leaves Heaps in and take away that fake punt this game is close throughout if you ask me.....Time to fix these mistakes and move on. Rock Chalk
