Baylor blanked Kansas, 4-0, in Big 12 women’s tennis Sunday in Waco, Texas.
Although Baylor won the doubles point, KU’s Anastasia Rychagova and Janet Koch won, 6-0, at No. 2 doubles against Angie Shakhraichuk and Jessica Hinojosa.
“Credit to Baylor,” KU coach Todd Chapman said. “They were just too good. We will look to regroup and prepare for the Big 12 championship next week.”
No. 7 seed Kansas will play No. 10 West Virginia in the Big 12 tournament at 1 p.m. Thursday in Norman, Okla.
